After my accidental meal at Sebo (I had only intended to have some miso) … went to Namu with the staff of Sebo.

I was stuffed but the food looked good. Michael, from Sebo, said it was the best burger in San Francisco.

Really wonderful place to eat sushi. Enjoyed a Tai head along with some great nigiri and sashimi. Orion beer by the bottle.

At some point in the early late 1980′s a rag tag bunch of enterprising college students were crushed under the weight of the intolerant, but surprisingly zesty, Alternative Music Collective. That this happened cannot be disputed. There are posters. And those stamp pads that allow you to leave and come back later when a better band is playing.

At some point in 1987 or 1988 the band Ruin drove up from Philadelphia … and were stuffed into a small on campus apartment. Where they played one of the best shows I have seen in my life. Later that night our pizza delivery guy played drums in some other band … until the PA blew up. It was a pretty good night.

Armed Robbery at the Image Bank was the title of my thesis project in college … it still seems somehow appropriate for a collection of things that inspire me.
